Terry joined the Board of Directors in 2018, to fill the role of Secretary.  Terry worked in downtown Monroe for as a paralegal for almost thirty years.  She retired in 2021.  She has two daughters, and six grandchildren.  

Terry was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007.  After undergoing chemo, radiation, and a lumpectomy she was cancer free until 2020, when she began to fight her second battle with breast cancer.    

Terry is a past recipient of a Core Compassion Project scholarship.  She understands the importance of the rehabilitation of your mind, body and spirit, which is provided through the  Core Compassion Project.
