Michelle is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. She has spent the past 31 years building a successful career as a National Account Sales Manager in the Lighting and Electrical industry, bringing leadership, relationship-building, and strategic business experience to her role on the Board of Directors for the Core Compassion Project.

Michelle was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010, having to undergo a double mastectomy and chemotherapy. From her personal experience she has developed a deep passion for supporting and encouraging others facing similar journeys. Through her service with the Core Compassion Project, she is honored to help make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

She lives in Weddington, NC with her husband, Dave and two children, Brooke and Jack.
